with a single 12.5mm impregnated plasterboard and a lock
Alumatec SAFETY inspection door has two main parts:
Aluminium frames (internal and external)
Wall panel made from a 12.5mm impregnated plasterboard
Internal and external frames of the SAFETY inspection door are bonded into a whole with steel pop rivets, arranged in a way that enables rotation of the internal frame of the inspection door around the external one. The internal frame is filled with impregnated plasterboard, which is fixed to the frame with studs.
The SAFETY inspection door is specific due to its lock with a key, which locks the inspection door and prevents it from being opened. The number of locks depends on the size of the inspection door.
Alumatec SAFETY inspection doors are made in standard sizes, shown in the table below, which also shows the necessary installation opening dimensions.
Non-standard sizes can be tailor-made.
Appropriately installed Alumatec inspection doors meet both functional and aesthetic requirements. Alumatec SAFETY inspection doors fall under the German DIN EN 520: H2 and/or DIN 18180: GKBI standards.
